At Aabhushanam, we ensure safe and timely delivery of your jewellery with trusted courier partners.

· We currently ship across India.

· International shipping is not available unless specifically mentioned.

· Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after successful payment.

· Customized or made-to-order jewellery may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

· Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

· Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

· Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

· Any additional charges such as COD fees (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

· Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

· Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the provided details.

· Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate.

· Aabhushanam will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

· In case of failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

· If your package arrives damaged or tampered, please do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately.

· For any damaged, missing, or incorrect items, an unboxing video is mandatory to raise a claim.

· Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

· If your pin code is not serviceable, we will inform you and process a refund for prepaid orders.

· Aabhushanam shall not be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or other events beyond our control.
