Return & Refund Policy

Aabhushanam

At Aabhushanam, every piece of jewellery is crafted and inspected with care. However, if you face any issue with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

❗ No returns or refunds will be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preferences (design, size, color expectations)
  • Minor variations in color or design (as jewellery is handcrafted)
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

2. Return Request Timeline

  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery
  • Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted

Please share:

  • Order ID
  • Clear unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Images of the product showing the issue

3. Unboxing Video Requirement

An unboxing video from start to end without cuts is mandatory for:

  • Damaged product claims
  • Missing items
  • Wrong product delivered

Requests without an unboxing video will not be eligible for return or refund.

4. Return Approval & Pickup

  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable)
  • The product must be:
    • Unused
    • In original condition
    • With original packaging, tags, and invoice

If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may be asked to self-ship the product.

5. Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via:
    • Original payment method, or
    • Store credit (as applicable)

🚫 Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect products
  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
